We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality functions with a focus on lean practices, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
As the strategic and operational leader of our manufacturing division, you will:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Lead teams across assembly, inspection, paint/detail, testing, and final delivery.
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with company goals for quality, cost, and throughput.
- Implement robust quality control and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, OSHA, and EPA standards.
- Investigate and resolve process non-conformities with short- and long-term solutions.
- Manage capital improvement projects, vendor relationships, and company-level purchasing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Quality Systems, and ERP systems
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be a visible, hands-on leader—working closely with teams on the factory floor.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Master, Green Belt, or Black Belt are highly desirable.
