Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist, Software Engineer/Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI clearance and work onsite at Patrick Space Force Base. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Key Responsibilities: •Leverage experience in cloud development in AWS to build robust cloud-based applications. •Migrate existing applications into cloud-based architecture. •Ensure that the applications are scalable, secure, and cost-effective by utilizing the best practices and services provided by AWS. •Engage in daily interactions with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable cloud-based solutions. •Produce detailed documentation to support the design, development, and deployment processes, ensuring clarity and reproducibility. •Adapt to support various mission areas, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to achieving mission success. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. •Active TS/SCI clearance. DoD IAT Level II Certification (e.G., Security ) must be obtained within 80 days of hire.
