Job Title: Injection Molding Process Technician
Location: Bellefontaine, OH
Responsibilities
- Set up and start production jobs.
- Install and troubleshoot molds, presses, robots, and molding equipment.
- Program and adjust robots.
- Assist with new product sampling and process development.
- Monitor and optimize injection molding processes.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain tooling efficiency and complete required documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of plastic injection molding experience.
- Experience with molding machines (Milacron preferred).
- Knowledge of scientific molding and process troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.
