What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Supervisor position at LanceSoft?
Title: Fleet Supervisor Duration: 12 months Pay Range: $20-$22/h on W2 Shift: Shifts will primarily be nights and weekend. Days and specific hours can vary, but here are some examples: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday 3 PM - 6 AM. Sunday-Thursday 3 PM - 2 AM Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day transportation operations and partnering with departments such as Maintenance, Driver Training, Safety, Human Resources, and Planning to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with Customer Service, company production and distribution facilities, drivers, and external customers to ensure effective communication, optimize transportation performance, and meet service expectations. QUALIFICATION: Collaboration and teamwork is a must. Good computer skills, able to operate the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong, effective communication is required, both written and verbal. Supply Chain and Logistics experience preferred, college degree preferred.
