What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and program CNC lathes
- Read blueprints and program sheets
- Perform inspections and quality checks
- Handle machine changeovers and multiple-machine operation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Need
- 5 years CNC or conventional lathe experience
- Strong machining and measurement skills
- Experience with Okuma, MasterCAM, Vericut, or multi-axis machining is a plus
