On W2 (Inclusive of all) Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Onsite Summary of Role Responsibilities: Assist with creating Customer Notices, EMAs and general Avail Support Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases Deal entry of amendments and ongoing fulfilment of existing deals into company databases Clear product for sale Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment team Ad hoc projects and requests as required Person Specification Qualification: Essential Working knowledge of home entertainment content distribution for a studio Strong software application skills Demonstrated ability to handle large data sets 2 years of relevant work experience Bachelor’s degree in business admin preferred Skills And Abilities Essential Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Ability to work well under pressure Self-motivated, pro-active, and a quick learner Disposition Essential Flexible attitude Positive outlook
