Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations.
- Working knowledge of various investment strategies, asset classes, and financial products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and business functions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BlackRock Aladdin and/or SimCorp Dimension.
- Prior experience within an asset management or investment management organization.
- Exposure to reconciliation processes involving cash, holdings, securities, or investment products.
Salary : $45 - $50
