Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $2,318 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• First-time travelers accepted only with a strong pediatric and NICU-focused background.
• Mandatory (Hard Stop): Must have strong PICU/NICU experience.
• Must be competent in caring for adult patients and comfortable working across all RRT settings, including ER and other applicable units.
• Experience with all age groups is required.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential required.
• Certifications required:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Clinical Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in Critical Care Respiratory Therapy.
• Must be proficient in managing mixed patient populations (NICU to Adult).
• Experience in high-acuity environments including:
  • Level 4 NICU
  • Pediatrics
  • Emergency Room
  • Level 1 Trauma
  • Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Units

Equipment Proficiency:

• Experience with the following equipment required:
  • Maquet Servo i
  • Draeger V500
  • Jet Ventilation
  • Oscillation
  • Nitric Oxide

Additional Requirements:

• Must be flexible to float within specialty, across units, and to sister SRH facilities as needed.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.
• Must be willing to work holidays as scheduled.
• Local travelers may be considered at a reduced local rate (confirm with Account Manager prior to submission).

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
