Job Title: Registered Dietitian (RD) – Travel/Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide nutrition care services across two healthcare facilities. The Dietitian will be responsible for conducting patient nutritional assessments, consultations, and performing kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with dietary and safety standards. This role requires flexibility to travel between facilities located approximately 30 minutes apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and patient consultations
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Perform kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and staff on nutrition-related topics
Work Location:
- Coverage across two facilities (approximately 30 minutes apart)
- Travel between sites required
