Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist (Contract)
Location: Berlin, New Hampshire (Androscoggin Valley Hospital)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: May 11, 2026 (ASAP preferred)
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00/7:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Rotating weekends: Every 3rd weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Minimum 2 years of current hospital inpatient pharmacy experience (required)
- 2–5 years of total experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, especially during weekend shifts
- Active BLS (AHA) certification
- New Hampshire Pharmacist License (or willingness to obtain at time of offer)
- Experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Previous travel experience
- Meditech EMR experience
- Familiarity with Omnicell systems
