Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of current triage experience (both office and telephone-based)
- Recent experience in a primary care or ambulatory care setting (required)
- Pediatric experience is mandatory
- Proven ability to care for patients across all age groups
- Solid background in clinical office operations
- Hands-on experience with EPIC EMR systems
