• Patient Ratio: 1:6–7
• Schedule typically planned 4–6 weeks in advance

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric nursing
• Experience handling involuntary status (IEA) patients with higher acuity
• AVADE / MOAB / CPI training (Mandatory)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Restraint Chair experience preferred
