Med/Surg–Telemetry RN – Travel Contract
- Location: Marshalltown, IA
- Start Dates: 05/04 or 05/11
- Schedule: 36 hrs/week
- Locals: Not accepted (50-mile radius rule)
Unit Details:
- Beds: 16
- Ratios: 5:1
- Patient Types: Telemetry, Post-op (Ortho & General Surgery)
- Drips: Insulin, Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone
- Must read & interpret telemetry strips
Requirements:
- 24 months recent Med/Surg or Tele experience (required)
- Ortho & general surgery experience required
- Telemetry experience required (strip reading)
- EPIC experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted (with required experience)
Certifications & License:
- ACLS & BLS (AHA/ARC required)
- Active Iowa or Compact License
