LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Devils Lake, North Dakota.

Role: Registered Nurse III

• Provides direct patient care following established policies and protocols
• Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and supports safe discharge planning
• Conducts daily patient rounds and ensures quality care and service
• Develops and implements individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Monitors patient condition, manages pain, and responds to changes or emergencies
• Documents patient status, interventions, and reports accurately
• Educates patients and families; initiates early discharge planning
• Delegates tasks appropriately within scope of practice

Requirements:

• Active RN license (North Dakota or Compact State) prior to start
• BLS certification (AHA) required before start date
