- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift:
36 hours per week, 7P – 7A, every other weekend
Certifications needed
Fetal monitoring certified
BLS, ACLS certified
NRP certified
Skill set/competency
Proficient in the following:
Labor and Delivery (We are a level I – II for obstetric services, if asked)
- Level I nursery care
- Labor and antepartum triage
- RN circulator for cesarean sections
- RN PACU for cesarean sections
- GYN post op care
- Low acuity pediatric patients
- Lactation
Systems used
Obix for fetal monitoring and labor documentation
- Athena for outpatient records and communication with providers for triage patients
- Meditech for inpatient documentation
- OR Manager, Anesthesia Manager, Pisces for operative patients
This is a small women's and children's unit which is primarily labor and delivery with very small peds population for inpatient as needed. Mainly labor and delivery, Level I-II for obstetric services; Level I Nursery coverage; labor and antepartum triage; RN circulator for cesarean sections, RN PACU for cesarean sections; GYN post op care; lactation and low acuity pediatric patients.
