Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $1,548 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Vero Beach, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in emergency care, trauma response, and critical patient management, with the ability to adapt across multiple facilities within the system.

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department
• Manage acute and critical conditions including trauma and cardiac emergencies
• Administer medications including IV vasopressors
• Perform IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line care
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients and respiratory support (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Respond to emergency situations and manage dysrhythmias
• Assist in trauma cases including gunshot wounds and amputations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
• Float between facilities as required

• Minimum 2 years of ER experience (Required)
• Active RN License (Required – Pending NOT accepted)
• AHA Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
• NIHSS Certification (must obtain prior to start)
• EPIC experience REQUIRED (Level 3 or 4 proficiency)
• Strong experience in high-acuity emergency settings
