- 2 years of recent hospital lab experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong generalist experience across all lab disciplines
- ASCP (MLS/MT) or AMT certification required
- BLS (AHA) Certification required
- Cerner experience required
- Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting
- Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
