Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Long Term Care

- Shift: 8 hours, evenings, nights, flexible

Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of current experience (must have been actively working within the last 6 months)
- Must be flexible and willing to float to other units/areas within scope of experience
- IV Certification required (candidates not currently certified must be willing to obtain certification during onboarding)
- Request for Time Off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application:
- Maximum of 5 days allowed
- Holiday RTO will not be approved
- COVID-19 vaccination is required
- No exemptions or declinations will be accepted
