LPN/LVN – Behavioral Health (Child Inpatient) | Travel Contract
Location: Brattleboro, VT
Start Date: 05/11/2026 (strict)
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36/48 hrs)
Weekend: Every other weekend
On-Call: Possible
Role Overview:
Child inpatient behavioral health position requiring experience with pediatric psych patients. Will float to multiple units and may take charge responsibilities. Focus on co-occurring disorders, psychiatric stabilization, and patient recovery in a structured inpatient setting.
Key Requirements:
- Active VT or Compact LPN/LVN license
- BLS (AHA) required
- 5 years LPN experience (recent inpatient psych within last 3 months required)
- Recent children’s psych experience (within last 6 months)
- Must be willing to float and take charge shifts
- First-time travelers accepted
Notes:
- Block scheduling not allowed
- Must make up missed shifts
- Rural location with limited housing
