LanceSoft is seeking a travel Hospital Pharmacist for a travel job in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Hospital Pharmacist

- Shift: 8 hours, days, rotating
- Employment Type: Travel
Rotating shift working 40-hours per week. Will start at either 0630 or 0800 Monday - Friday with Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200.
MUST HAVE EPIC experience and CO Pharmacist license in hand!!!
Meditech training a plus. Traveler Assignment will be while Facility is converting EMR from Meditech to Epic.
Assignment end date is projected to be 8/15/26, will adjust assignment length to accommodate start date
Submissions must have an active CO PHA License in good standing
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.

ACLS (American Heart Association)
Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1
