Work schedule: 2 x 12hr shifts and 2 x 8hr shifts....Mondays 6a-1830...Tuesdays 6a-1830....W, TR, & F- 0645-1515 rotation on these days....On Call Days: 5-6 days/mo....Weekend on call rotation (Fri. @ 1515- Mon. @ 0645) Every 4-5th weekend....Holiday on call rotation: 24hr on call.......Needing 1 CST (certified Surg Tech) traveler---Tdap is required-expires every 10 years. Declination not allowed. A Vision Assessment will need to be completed with the Physical Exam. N95 mask -Respirator Fit Test required for all units/specialties. TB: IGRA Blood Test within 30 days of Hire Date (QFT or T-SPOT).Cases include: All ortho-total joints, sports injury, and trauma....General surgery-colectomies, gallbladder with IOC, hernias, mastectomies...Urology...GI-Upper and lower endoscopies...GYN and c sections...Cataracts....
