Registered Respiratory Therapist – Fredericksburg, VA

Shifts available: Days and Nights with Rotating Weekends

Compensation: 32.95 - $48.00 based on years of experience

Relocation assistance: $1500

Sign-on bonus: case by case basis

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality care through diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including management of invasive and noninvasive ventilation in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically strong, and comfortable working with diverse patient populations across acute and critical care settings. This role requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess respiratory status and determine appropriate interventions.
• Deliver therapies including oxygen, aerosol medications, and airway clearance.
• Manage airways and ventilation, responding to clinical changes and emergencies.
• Educate patients and collaborate with care teams to support treatment plans.
• Maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, and support infection control practices.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience required *will consider a new grad
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR, or Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
