Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: 850 W Rio Salado Parkway, Suite 100, Tempe, AZ 85281
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CT
Work Arrangement: On-site Mon–Thu; Hybrid Friday
Duration: 12 months, with possible extension

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate customer interactions and processes, track QA results, provide feedback/coaching, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA evaluations using Microsoft Forms and scorecards.
• Monitor interactions for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Track and report QA metrics and performance results.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Identify performance gaps and process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain QA documentation and support quality initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, auditing, call/chat monitoring, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scorecards, data tracking, reporting, and feedback delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365/Outlook.
• SAP, JDE, or i5 experience preferred; HighRadius is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
