A well-established concierge primary care practice is seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician to join its Richmond, Virginia team in 2026. This opportunity is available due to the planned retirement of an established physician, with the incoming provider inheriting an existing patient panel.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from a U.S. medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current unrestricted Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- 5 to 20 years of Primary Care experience
- Strong commitment to preventive, comprehensive, and longitudinal patient care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation
- Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $285,000, based on experience and qualifications
