Title: Phlebotomist I
Contract Duration: 3 months.
Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs
Location: 260 E Congress Pkwy, Crystal Lake IL 60014
Pay Rate: $20/ Hr to $25.00/ Hr on W2.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience:
Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Additional Job Details: Candidate must have reliable transportation.
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
State of Credentials Licenses Required: Illinois
Shift/Time Zone: Site: Monday-Friday 7-330pm, every other Saturday from 7-12pm.
Salary : $20 - $24
