📍 Location: Remote (Owings Mills, MD-based project)
🕗 Shift: Day, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

📌 Duration: 13 week
Responsibilities:
- Verify and update provider information across IDX, ePREP, and LBH’s roster systems.
- Perform payor credentialing functions and initiate enrollment applications via electronic methods.
- Track provider numbers from third-party managed care companies and enter into Echo credentialing software.
- Manage NPI and PECOS login/passwords for all LBH providers.
- Track Medicare & Medicaid revalidation status to maintain compliance.
- Prepare high-level reports from physician profiles and maintain data dictionaries for accuracy.
- Collaborate with Credentialing Coordinators, Directors, and hospital systems to ensure timely and accurate data.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding within one business day.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EPREP Maryland Medicaid system and access to IDX (billing system).
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and roster management.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
