Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Coos Bay, OR. The provider will deliver high-quality patient care, perform assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- DEA license preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
