CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
- BLS - Basic Life Support - Within 1 month of hire or transfer
- NBCOT - NB Certification in Occ Therapy
- OTR - Occupational Therapist
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- More than 1 year of experience preferred but would be willing for new grad.
- Outpatient Experience preferred [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

Salary Range: $32.00 (goes up based on experience.)
$14,000 sign on bonus, 2-year commitment
