We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide geriatric-focused care in skilled nursing facilities across Seattle, Washington. This role offers a collaborative, team-based environment with a strong focus on quality care, allowing providers to build meaningful relationships with patients while maintaining a balanced workload.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active Washington state license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license required
- Experience in geriatrics or SNF preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
