Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations
- Provide therapy using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, and other evidence-based approaches
- Coordinate care with PCPs, psychiatric providers, and care teams
- Participate in collaborative care meetings and case conferences
- Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention services
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active LMSW license required
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
- Therapy and behavioral health experience preferred
- Knowledge of DSM-V diagnostic criteria
- Experience with EHR documentation
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
