Licensed Clinician - Full-Time

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide mental health and substance use treatment in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The clinician will provide individual, group, and family therapy and work closely with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Complete clinical assessments, intakes, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducational, life-skills, and relapse-prevention groups.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in an on-call crisis rotation as required.
• Coordinate care with families, community agencies, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and Medicaid requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality-improvement activities.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina license as one of the following:
• • LCSW / LCSW-A
  • LCMHC / LCMHC-A
  • LCAS / LCAS-A
  • LMFT / LMFT-A
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Behavioral health or substance use experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
