Licensed Psychologist / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CBT Focus)

Position Summary
A leading private-pay behavioral health practice specializing in OCD, anxiety disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and related conditions is seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join its growing clinical team.

Position Highlights
- Full-time W-2 position
- Approximately 25 clinical hours per week
- Competitive compensation: $150,000–$180,000 annually
- Primarily in-person practice environment (approximately 4 days onsite weekly)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy for patients with:
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Anxiety Disorders
- Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)
- Mood Disorders
- Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Related behavioral health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in collaborative treatment planning within outpatient and specialty intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
- Conduct Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) interventions, including community-based and real-world exposure work when clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- PsyD, PhD, or LCSW from an accredited program.
- Active New York State license.
- Strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Interest in evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Passion for treating OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions.
- Warm, engaged, and directive clinical style.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
- Experience treating OCD, anxiety disorders, or related specialty populations.
