Role Description
The Healthcare Recruiter will handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for client needs. They will manage relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process and a positive experience for all stakeholders. This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Gainesville, GA, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic and time-sensitive healthcare staffing demands.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting to identify and place qualified healthcare professionals.
- Experience in Hiring processes, including interview coordination and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with a diverse network.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing industry is a plus.
