Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Therapist - Up to $64K | LPC Required

Locations: Cincinnati, OH & Lebanon, OH
Job Title: Therapist – Family Centered Treatment
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $56,516–$64,273 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Family Centered Treatment and counseling to children and families.
• Conduct mental health assessments and crisis interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable family goals.
• Monitor family progress and maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and clinical teams.
• Provide in-home and community-based therapy services.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families.
• Active LPC License required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, crisis management, and documentation skills.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule based on family needs.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Travel throughout the community required.
• Office and community-based work; some hybrid flexibility.
