Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Drive growth across online sales channels through strategic account management and customer engagement.
Customer & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and marketplace partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and sales initiatives.
E-Commerce Operations & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to improve online visibility and conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing while maintaining operational efficiency.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Platform & Digital Marketing Support
- Stay current on e-commerce platform policies, tools, features, and best practices.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.
- Assist in maximizing online engagement and sales performance across multiple channels.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
