We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to support the growth and performance of online sales channels. This role will focus on driving revenue growth across internal e-commerce platforms and external marketplace partners through strategic sales initiatives, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital sales strategies, customer engagement, and online marketplace management. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Drive growth across online sales channels through strategic account management and customer engagement.

Customer & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and marketplace partners.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and sales initiatives.

E-Commerce Operations & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising activities.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to improve online visibility and conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing while maintaining operational efficiency.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Platform & Digital Marketing Support

  • Stay current on e-commerce platform policies, tools, features, and best practices.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in maximizing online engagement and sales performance across multiple channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent customer management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing marketplace accounts and digital sales channels.
