Job Title - Director of Pharmacy
Location -Bozeman MT 59715
Duration - 26 weeks
Shift - M-F , 40hrs/week
Weekly Pay - $6k/week (Nego)

2. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered Pharmacist License issued by the Montana Board of Pharmacy (or verified eligibility for immediate licensure via reciprocity).
- Must be qualified to assume the legal responsibilities of Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) immediately upon start date.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience (Director or Assistant Director level) in acute care setting.
- Specialized Expertise:
- Proven track record of managing a 340B program, including a minimum of one full-cycle TPA software conversion/implementation.
- Direct experience overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and physical build-out/expansion of a sterile compounding infusion center.
