DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (RN) – PERMANENT

$111,000–$150,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-acuity Emergency Department. This role leads clinical operations, staff development, recruitment, scheduling, performance management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
- Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with AZ endorsement
- BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Emergency Department nursing experience
- Proven Emergency Department leadership/management experience
- Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care certifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. (AM)
