About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Kansas. Our organization is passionate about delivering evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful, lasting change in children’s lives.

Schedule & Work Expectations:
- 40 hours per week
- 30 billable hours
- 10 non-billable hours
- Bonus opportunities available for billing beyond 30 hours/week
- Availability until 8:00 PM CST at least 3 evenings per week to support client needs
- Scheduling support provided by our administrative team to ensure feasibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as clinically appropriate
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
