Location: Southgate, Michigan
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Primarily Days, with Some Evenings and Weekends
Pay Rate: $27.22–$39.67 per hour, depending on licensure and experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services to adults and families. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, an appropriate Michigan license, and experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy to adults.
• Support clients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and community providers.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Appropriate Michigan state license.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness. Relevant fieldwork or internship experience may count.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fully Licensed: $29.47–$39.67 per hour
• Limited Licensed: $27.22–$36.63 per hour
