We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst for a leading organization offering a 100% Remote Contract Opportunity.
📍 Location Requirement (USA):
Candidates must be located in or near:
- Plantation, FL (Greater Fort Lauderdale / South Florida area)
- San Jose, CA (Bay Area / Silicon Valley region)
💰 Pay Rate: $35 – $38/hr
🕒 Schedule: 5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day

🔍 Role Overview:The Accounts Payable Analyst will support end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and ensuring compliance across multiple legal entities within the organization.
📌 Key Responsibilities:✔ High-volume invoice processing in Oracle (2-way & 3-way matching)
✔ Vendor statement reconciliation and issue resolution
✔ GL coding and invoice validation
✔ Ensuring proper invoice approvals as per policy
✔ Maintaining AP documentation in shared drives
✔ Supporting audits and compliance activities
✔ Coordinating with internal teams for invoice approvals
✔ Managing AP mailbox and ongoing queries
🧠 Required Skills:✔ 5 years Accounts Payable experience
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (AP Module)
✔ Expertise in invoice matching (2-way / 3-way PO)
✔ Strong MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
✔ Ability to work in high-volume environments
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
