We're looking for an experienced A-level technician with strong technical skills who does the job right the first time. Our customers have trusted us for nearly 50 years, and that trust is built one repair at a time. Quality comes first here, always.
What you'll do
- Handle heavy line work including engine, transmission, and major repairs
- Work through complex jobs with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
- Work closely with our shop foreman, who partners with our service advisors to give customers clear, honest recommendations
- Help newer techs level up when they get stuck
What you bring
- 5 years of automotive repair experience (8 preferred)
- A track record of clean, careful work with few comebacks
- Strong technical aptitude and mechanical problem-solving skills
- ASE certifications (Master is a big plus)
- Comfortable using scan tools and service information
- Your own professional tool set
- Valid driver's license
Pay
- $42 to $47 per flag hour, based on experience and certifications
- Productivity bonus: Earn an extra $2 per flag hour for every 10% you flag above 100%
- Our best techs flag 45 to 50 hours a week because they're skilled and efficient, not because they cut corners. That puts annual earnings around $95,000 to $130,000
- $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over your first 6 months
- Steady car count from a loyal customer base built over nearly 50 years
Schedule
Monday to Friday, no weekends. We'll set your hours together within our 7:00 to 5:00 business hours, and we're open to four 10-hour days. Show up ready to work, get your jobs done right, and we'll be flexible with you.
