🧩 What You’ll Do- Develop and lead a team of sales reps across multiple service divisions.
- Create systems and playbooks for lead management, follow-up, and closing.
- Recruit, train, and mentor reps to perform at their highest potential.
- Collaborate directly with ownership to shape strategy, set targets, and expand markets.
- Implement tracking tools (CRM, KPIs, performance dashboards) to measure and improve success.
- Innovate — you’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, build campaigns, and find new revenue streams.
- 3 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or team management.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate high-performing reps.
- Strong grasp of sales pipelines, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead funnels, and performance tracking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner and act like a leader.
- Comfortable working across diverse industries (training provided).
