Department / Unit Summary You will work within a modern inpatient rehabilitation environment, supported by strong leadership and a collaborative interdisciplinary care model. Responsibilities Plan and deliver direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Provide patient-centered care in a supportive, respectful, and healing environment Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families on continued care Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including therapists, case managers, and fellow nurses Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to appropriate personnel Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Nursing Diploma program Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care or behavioral health setting preferred Excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills Why Choose Lancaster Rehab?
