This Painting Field Supervisor position works M-F from 7:00 - 4:30 and earns a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PAINTING FIELD SUPERVISOR
As our Painting Field Supervisor, you facilitate a team atmosphere through example and attitude. You supervise and coach production staff, specifically Crew Leaders and Project Leaders. With company objectives in mind, you evaluate the mindset of your team members as well as reinforce company processes and maximize training opportunities. Proudly, you ensure the accomplishment of jobs and management of crews. When interacting with our customers, you apply a positive attitude in all interactions adhering to the expectation of exceptional service. Additionally, you maintain tools and inventory as well as ensure complete client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management experience in painting or construction.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills; ability to manage multiple crews.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and cloud-based systems.
- Experience with estimating and workforce planning.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Technologically Inclined
- Safety knowledge
- Production and profitability knowledge
- Ability to pass a drug screening
