Job Title: Supply Chain Presentative
Pay: Negotiable
Hours: Open to part time or full time candidates. Starting time would be 6:30 a.m. when serving as the courier, but would be flexible when not covering that role.
Position Summary: Responsible for ordering, assembling and mailing all surgical packets. Will learn all the supply chain ordering processes in order to serve as back up and provide coverage when needed. Back up courier. Additional duties will be assigned once the supply chain ordering and surgical packet ordering/assembly processes have been learned.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent (required)
- Valid PA Drivers License (required)
- PC Experience and Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite is Required
- High Level of Attention to Detail and the Ability to Multi Task is Required
- Previous Administrative, Clerical or Supply Chain Ordering Work Experience is Required
- Previous Administrative, Clerical or Supply Chain Ordering Work Experience in the Health Care Field is Preferred
Essential Duties:
- Order all supplies for the surgical packets, assemble packets and mail them
- Learn all other supply chain ordering processes and provide coverage when needed
- Provide coverage for the main courier
- Additional duties will be assigned once the duties listed above are mastered
