Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and problem resolution
- Process loan applications and provide updates on loan status
- Collect and analyze data to support financial modeling and portfolio management
- Conduct quantitative research to identify trends and patterns in financial markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely loan processing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Familiarity with portfolio management strategies and techniques
- Ability to perform quantitative research and analyze data effectively
- Experience in loan processing or auto loan servicing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
