Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales and know how to build relationships, close deals, and generate repeat business-we want to talk to you.

This role is responsible for selling new, certified pre-owned, and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, social media, and follow-up
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and match customers with the right product
• Build strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge on new and used inventory
• Complete sales paperwork and assist with financing applications
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Knowledge of the English language, spelling, grammar, punctuation and numbering systems
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products
• Knowledge of basic math
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle and background check

Hours: Varies and includes Saturdays (off days are Sundays and one day during the week)
