What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Lancaster County Marine Inc?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant at a 60-year family owned growing, business. A friendly, hard-working, personality for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and other administrative duties. PA Notary a plus. Daily duties involve answering incoming calls, administrative work/taking phone messages and notes, writing sales invoices, and business filings. On the job training is available for the right individual.
Not required, but recommended qualifications in word, excel, and quickbooks.
This is a part time or full-time position. Starting pay and benefits i.e. holidays, vacation, retirement, to be discussed on an individual basis based on qualifications. Hours available: Tue & Fri 9-7, Wed & Thur 9-5, Sat. 9-4 with Sunday & Monday off.
