Job Title: Office Manager- Human Resources
Status: 12-Month Exempt (Full Time- 8am- 5pm)
Location: Lancaster City School District Office
JOB SUMMARY:
The District is seeking a highly organized and service focused Exempt HR Office Manager to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. This position is essential in employee onboarding, licensure compliance, personnel records, leave of absences, and customer service to staff, administrators, and external stakeholders. The HR Office Manager serves as a key operational partner within the HR Team, ensuring compliance with board policy, collective bargaining agreements, and state and federal regulations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ABOVE POSITION:
- High school diploma- associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferrably in Human Resources public-sector environment
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Salary commensurates with experience and internal salary schedule
