Customer Relations Specialist

Full-time | $18.00 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter orders and data into our system
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage information and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
